Radiologist as a Service (RaaS)
Remote CT, MRI and X-ray reporting by an extensive panel of Europe-based radiologists — routine, urgent and sub-specialist.
Reporting capacity when you need it
Consulting for non-urgent needs
Remote consulting support that does not require reporting within a specified timeframe, for conventional radiography (CR), computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
An extensive panel of Europe-based radiologists backs our flexible and dependable service.
Urgent consulting support
Daytime (08–20 h CET) and night-time (20–08 h CET) urgent services, 7 days a week — relieving staff pressure and enhancing your radiology practice.
Immediate access to consultant radiologists experienced in emergency care, and 24/7 administrator support for all out-of-hours requests.
Specialist reporting
A radiology specialist report is a crucial part of communication between the radiologist and the referring physician.
The Telmed platform delivers a structured final report written by highly experienced radiologists.
Reports in your language
Automated report translation delivers diagnostic reports adapted to your market and local language.
Sub-specialist expertise
Our radiologists interpret and report the full range of common and less common pathology.
Head, neck and spine imaging
Detailed and precise reporting of head, neck and spine pathology: trauma, inflammatory and infective aetiology, cerebrovascular insults, neoplastic and metastatic processes, metabolic diseases and frequent spinal disc protrusions — on CT and MRI, and on basic CR when CT and MRI are unavailable.
Chest imaging
Inflammatory and infective diseases, tumours, congenital and autoimmune diseases and traumatic disorders of the lungs and heart are frequent indications for chest CR and CT. Experienced Telmed radiologists evaluate even the most complicated chest pathology.
Vascular imaging
CT and MR angiography (arteriography and phlebography) for aneurysms, AV malformations and other congenital vascular aberrations, stenosis, and pre-procedural or preoperative planning — with precise interpretation of the received tomograms.
Mammography & breast MRI
Mammography where ultrasound is insufficient, for architectural distortion, tumorous lesions, suspicious calcifications and high-risk screening; breast MRI for evaluating mammographic findings, chest-wall spread, post-augmentation assessment and implant leakage.
Abdominal and pelvic imaging
Neoplasms of the colon, hepatobiliary tract, kidney and bladder, prostatic and gynaecological malignancies, liver metastases and lymphadenopathy — with precise localisation and staging reports that are crucial for planning further treatment.
Musculoskeletal reporting
CR, CT and MRI of bone tumours (e.g. enchondroma, NOF, osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma) and of inflammatory, degenerative, metabolic and metastatic disorders — as a preliminary or final report.
Pediatrics
Weighing the benefits and risks of ionising radiation comes first; when children need CR or CT — or radiation-free MRI — Telmed provides high-quality pediatric reporting.
Multidisciplinary support
If required, our radiologists are available for multidisciplinary team meetings with your clinicians.
