Up and running in three steps
Our support team is there for you — 24/7.
1. Installation
After the contract is signed you receive a unique key/identifier and a download link for our client service that runs in your environment. Installation is straightforward and you can do it yourself — or ask one of our technicians to assist. Once it is installed and test data has been sent, you are ready to start.
2. Configuration
Depending on how you work internally (RIS/HIS, image storage, etc.) there are three ways to connect to our radiologists — and you can use all three at once:
- Secondary PACS — configure our service as a secondary PACS in your network and connect your imaging devices to it; every image is sent to us automatically.
- Watched folder — if you store images in a network or local folder, our “watchdog” service sends new files to us.
- Manual upload — upload DICOMDIR archives through our web application, e.g. during network outages.
3. Day-to-day work
After you send a study, you can follow its progress — received, assigned to a doctor, completed. When the consultation is complete, a download link is generated for you. If there is any problem with image quality, you will be informed.
